100 Push Ups. Day 2.



Yep. That pretty much sums it up.

The workout for Day 2 seemed easier on paper, but it was tough. Here's the workout.



I started in column 2 and my sets went 14, 19, 14, 8 and 11. I didn't quite get 12 on the last set, but I was close.

my favorite part is that you are wearing your frat tshirt while doing the pushups.

....so your arms will be huge soon, what are you going to do about your traps?

btw...reading this was even more awkward than I imagined it would be...
